WORKPLACE

Nature is their favorite place; now it’s also their most effective workspace.

Deep focus. Spontaneous collaboration. Inspired thinking.

Imagine your most coveted hire being interviewed in here:

Their first question might be: Can I use this space?

Seats up to 4 inside , TV retracts below table.

An Interview scenario:

The interview starts of with the windows open to the panoramic view of the hills in the sun. Windows let in fresh warm air while the AC runs quietly from the back of the protective space. The corner seating geometry situates the two at 45 degrees for optimal connection while still allowing each an unobstructed view of the landscape. The deeply acoustic- absorbant felt walls help each person sense that it’s very easy to be heard. The overhanging solar eaves dampen the brightness and make the presentation on the pop up screen before them easy to see.

A moment later, a different team leader walks up to the bar, instantly eye to eye with the two inside. Not scheduled, just curious. They're introduced. Something clicks. The kind of connection that usually takes months of working together happens in four minutes in the open air.

The hire looks around. Feels the geometry of protection and openness. The nature all around, everyone at eye level. The ease of being here. They picture their future team out here. A morning standup. A hard conversation made easier by the air and the light. The work that actually matters, in a place that actually supports it.

First impressions; “I would love to be, and work closer to nature.”

“The acoustics were so nice and it’s so open.. I grabbed a colleague and spent a Saturday afternoon there ~ playing violin while looking out over the bay.”

"If they provided one I could work in… (long pause) I'd never come out. I'd be in there all day."

Face-to-face interaction frequency is the single strongest predictor of team innovation — stronger than IQ, experience, or tools, per deep MIT research by Pentland. The walk up bar. Dignified approach. Face to face at the same height. The geometry that makes approach easy and natural.

The prototype hosting it’s first workplace event.

Merging interior table and outer bar brought together an unlikely combination of social-energy.

What else is out there?

Option AConventional construction

Conventional constructionat this scale runs well into six figures, gets more expensive per square foot the smaller it gets, and gives you an enclosed box that can't move and wasn't designed for this.

Option BJob trailers.

The certified alternatives are job trailers. Functional. Cheap. And exactly what would send your best candidates to your competitor.

Option CThe Halo.

The only purpose-built, designed to commercial certification standards, nature-integrated workspace. It's a new category. Full first-year equipment expensing reduces the real cost significantly. A modest solar package after California incentives makes it self-powered for surprisingly little. No electrical hookup. No infrastructure coordination. It goes where the conditions are right, not where the conduit runs. The commercial solar incentive — 30% back — is available through mid-2026.

Plan for 4–5 months from order to occupancy. Build time is the primary variable

If your company retains one engineer, that could pay for the whole unit. One recruiting conversation like the one above pays for it twice.

Accessiblility: The interior meets accessibility standards. Site access is handled per campus conditions — facilities teams can source and install independently, or choose from Mammalian's custom-designed ramp options for higher visibility deployments.
