When you fund a Keep, your donation flows directly to a qualified charity—such as a school foundation, hospital nonprofit, or community organization—that aligns with your goals.
That organization then contracts with our team to design, deliver, and maintain the Keep.
This partnership structure ensures your gift remains fully charitable while resulting in a tangible, measurable space that serves real people and places.
For DAF and foundation advisors: We’re happy to coordinate directly with your preferred 501(c)(3) to structure funding and reporting in line with your organization’s guidelines.
